Product Introduction

The fully automatic piston filling machine adopts a linear piston filling structure: the piston cylinder uses a low-wear metering cylinder (long service life) with self-compensating piston sealing. The filling machine is equipped with internationally advanced components such as imported Siemens PLC and touch screen HMI. It features automatic material feeding, with advantages including accurate metering, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, wide adjustment range, and fast filling speed. The entire filling process can be operated with one key.
The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel; parts in contact with materials use SUS316 stainless steel. It has an elegant appearance and does not pollute the environment.
