Product Overview:

The fully automatic piston filling machine adopts a linear piston filling mode. The piston cylinder uses a low-wear metering cylinder with a self-compensating piston seal for long service life. The filling machine is equipped with internationally advanced components such as imported Siemens PLC and a touch screen HMI. It features automatic material feeding, precise metering, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, wide adjustment range, and fast filling speed. The entire filling process can be operated with one key. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and all material contact parts use SUS316, ensuring an elegant appearance and no environmental pollution.
